I like this style, great chibi art, the dark eye effect style really express a lot in the situation right now!
Your lineart skills have definately improved, more smooth and accurate now.
The colouring is just as good ^__^ You're getting more in depth and the colours are more flowly. =3
And your bg skills are goooodiieeee-fuuuu~ ;3

As for criti hm... the lighting source is a BIT confusing, =/ since the dress thingie and light and yeah x__x
and the fingers is hard to tell, since I CAN sorta tell the boy has 5 finger but the hand to the left I can only see 4 so yeah ;;;
Also the the bg thingie that's not outline doesn't flow with the picture that well. It stands out since it's quite soild compare to the rest of the bg =O, hope this helps

Other than that, I must say superb~ You amazed me at the rate you're improving, keep it up *favs it cause IT ROCKS MY PUDDIN' FUDGE MAN ;O*disappears again XD*

Oh, the fingers! XD; Well, That line inbetween them is like, the ring finger, I just felt too lazy to draw the whole outline of it. XD;
I must practice with BGs more e__e; I always have.. A sky and/or sparkles... XD;
